Payments & Refunds

Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy for most courses, provided that you have not completed a significant portion of the course content. Refund requests are subject to review.
Taxes

Instructors & Content Creation
Content Ownership
Instructors retain ownership of the content they create. By publishing on Polloi, instructors grant the platform the right to host, market, and distribute the content.
Quality Standards
Instructors agree to provide high-quality educational content and to respond to student inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
Platform IP
The Polloi platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Polloi and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Permitted Use
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform or course content without express permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, academic dishonesty, or if your actions harm the learning community.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
Disclaimers
Courses are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, specific certification outcomes, or career advancement.
Instructors are independent content creators and do not represent Polloi as employees or agents.
Limitation of Liability
Polloi's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course or service that gave rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Polloi is incorporated. Any disputes will resolve through relevant legal channels in that jurisdiction.
